Eligibility for Return

You may request a return if:

  • The product does not match the description shown on our website

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact

⚠️ Note: Products damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for return.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Innerwear or personal-use items

  • Items bought on sale or special discount (unless damaged or incorrect)


Return Process

  2. Share your order number and reason for return

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or bank/mobile transfer, depending on the case

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), return shipping cost will be covered by us.
If the return is due to customer preference (size issue, change of mind), shipping cost will be deducted.


Exchange Policy

We also offer product exchange for size or item issues, subject to stock availability.
Exchange requests must follow the same return conditions mentioned above.
